Foundry III

The Foundry III construction project was a 10-story commercial office building project that incorporated expansive floor plates of open space capable of being configured and re-configured to match the tenant's needs. The building also includes a spacious and landscaped roof terrace on the 8th floor. CEI performed electrical and data/telecom wiring, which was distributed beneath the raised floors on each level. A multiple chiller cooling plant with CFC-free refrigerant and variable speed drives was installed to optimize energy efficiency. Foundry III is designed to meet or exceed the most stringent standards of California Title 24 energy efficiency codes. Because of energy-saving systems like these (and others), Foundry III was awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
