This multi-million dollar entertainment electrical project for one of the San Francisco’s most popular hotel chains was completed in record time. The fast-track project involved a simultaneous upgrade to the Hilton Hotel’s Continental Ballroom and meeting rooms spanning two floors. Utilizing custom-built chandeliers in the ballroom from Lusive Decor that feature a steel back pan with acrylic panels individually suspended by aircraft cables and backlit by LED lights, Cupertino Electric company carefully installed the massive fixtures safely and within the tight deadline.
Though a project of this scope would traditionally take one to two years, the Hilton Hotel ballroom and meeting room upgrade project took a mere four months to complete. In addition to the intricate chandelier installation in the ballroom, we also installed a full ETC theatrical lighting control system, including a lighting booth, remote plug-in stations and specialized control.
Alongside the ballroom construction, our project team also completed an upgrade of two floors of meeting rooms with Lutron Grafik eye systems and additional custom chandeliers. Despite the tight timeframe and conditions-related delays at the project, Cupertino Electric was able to meet the tight deadlines to deliver a high-quality result worthy of one of San Francisco’s most popular hotels.
