The mixed-use 12-building complex that comprises the Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life in Palo Alto features housing, recreational facilities, childcare, a performance center and spaces for religious worship in one location. The complex boasts 193 high-density residential units spanning eight (8) buildings with two swimming pools, athletic facilities and a multi-generational focus for the community to learn, live and thrive.
As the Design/Build electrical contractor on the project, CEI was responsible for the procurement and installation of all electrical distribution equipment, fixtures and devices at the campus. In addition, CEI completely installed the fire alarm system and provided rough-in for the tele/data, security and A/V systems. Despite a schedule-challenged project, Cupertino Electric took advantage of technology advancements to avoid conflicts with other trades during construction to maximize efficiency and complete the job safely.
