Project Summary
Located in Walnut Creek, Calif.’s Broadway Plaza, Nordstrom was due for a renovation in 2010 when Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) began working with the nationwide retailer. The interior and exterior tenant improvement expansion project included a seismic upgrade, a complete electrical system upgrade, and new tele/data, security, intrusion and Fire Alarm systems. The entire project was completed in an 18-month period while the top-performing U.S. store remained open and operational. In addition, CEI’s skilled engineering department provided extensive detailing and routing/installation drawings as part of the project scope.
