Kristen Green

Kristen Green is a member of the company’s executive leadership team and manages CEI’s in-house legal department and compliance program. Her focus includes working on compliance matters, developing and implementing dispute management and resolution programs, overseeing contractual relationships, and managing outside counsel relationships. 

During her time at Cupertino Electric, Kristen has retained and developed the team of attorneys and contract management professionals that has supported the company through its massive growth. During this time, she negotiated some of the largest and most complex contracts in CEI’s history. Prior to joining CEI, Kristen worked at a boutique construction law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in construction, employment and business litigation focused on representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material and equipment suppliers. 

Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, in biochemistry and graduated from Santa Clara University’s School of Law in 2001 with her Juris Doctor degree. She holds memberships at the Association of Corporate Counsel and the National Association of Women in Construction.
