Internship Program

Students and New College Grads

Kickstart your career with real-world experience at CEI. Our internships connect you with industry experts, hands-on projects, and opportunities to make an impact from day one.

Program Overview

Our 10-to-12-week summer program is designed to expose undergraduate and post-graduate students from across the U.S. to real-world construction projects for commercial, data center and energy customers. Our hands-on program offers participants the unique opportunity to contribute to active projects and make meaningful industry connections.

Students who intern at CEI are quickly immersed in the industry with on-the-job office and jobsite training provided by working alongside seasoned veterans and skilled field leaders. Some career development paths include project management, safety, estimating, among others.

We provide Interns with a competitive compensation package, that recognizes experience, credentials, and education.

*Academic schedules: We offer flexible start and end dates to accommodate your academic calendar during the summer.
