Centerra Apartments

This 347-unit, high-rise apartment project involved new construction of 21 levels of residential and commercial space with a multiple-level parking garage. Commercial spaces consist of conference rooms, function rooms, and community/multi-purpose rooms. New efficient light fixtures were installed throughout including fluorescent and LED light sources with programmable, scalable lighting control relay panels and stand-alone controllers in smaller spaces. Multiple subsurface transformers and former alleviating larger conventional electrical rooms with combination of cable risers and three major busduct risers. The emergency system installation consisted of a seperate diesel engine generator. Cupertino Electric's design/build scope also included fire alarm, security, and Distributed Antennae (DAS) systems.
