This six-month, tenant improvement project for eBay’s Venmo in San Francisco, Calif., involved creating an all-hands area and meeting spaces on the sixth floor of 123 Townsend Street. While eBay purchased the entire building in the desirable area across from Oracle Park, they built out each floor on an as-needed basis to accommodate the growing talent pool of high-tech workers in San Francisco.
