Macy's Union Square

Macy’s Union Square in San Francisco, California, is one of the department store chain’s busiest and best-known locations in the U.S. In 2017, the company began moving its Men’s Department into the main building from a nearby building. The nine-floor renovation involved upgrading electrical panels and equipment, building out sales spaces for vendors (such as eyewear, make-up, etc.) and completely replacing the fire alarm system. The rigorous timeline often required working within a functioning retail environment.
