Project Summary
The Olive View Urgent Care Facility involved the new construction of a LEED certified, 10,800 square-foot, single-story psychiatric urgent care center. The project featured the build-out of offices, treatment rooms and a padded confinement area. The electrical scope of work included the installation of an electrical distribution system, a lighting fixture and lighting control package, medical equipment connection, and complete security and fire alarm systems. Cupertino Electric served as the electrical engineer of record for the nine-month, design/build project.
