Three-Sixty Residences

A 420,000-square-foot, 24-story, high-density residential condominium project on a retail space in the heart of downtown San Jose, California, Three Sixty Residences offers spectacular views of the Silicon Valley, features a fitness center, pool and spa and is the second-largest building in the City of San Jose. The complex includes a four-story parking structure with a ground floor comprised entirely of retail space. Cupertino Electric was the design/build engineering and construction contractor on the project.
