Project Summary
The multi-phase project comprises four 20+ level towers built on the historic site of Del Webb Hotel. These towers are built over six levels of below-grade parking and two levels of double-height retail space. This phased high-end, high-rise apartment complex has opened to tenants as each tower was completed and all subsequent work was done with respect for the residents living in the towers.
The below grade retail space is planned for a large grocery tenant. The project is planned with a landscaped plaza that provides access to three separate retail spaces and a standalone café on level one. Amenities vary per tower but include outdoor couryards, community sun deck, pool, state-of-the-art fitness centers and roof-top decks.
The last phase is under construction with anticipated completion in December 2020.
