(CEI) today announced it has won the Associated General Contractors of California (AGC) "Safety Awards of Excellence" in the category reserved for specialty contractors working more than 1 million hours in 2011. The construction industry awards were revealed at a special ceremony in Southern California on Friday, October 26, 2012.
