Operations Leaders in Key Markets Driving Unprecedented Company Growth
SAN JOSE, Calif.— Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI), a Quanta Services (Quanta) company, today announced a series of executive-level promotions to support unprecedented company growth and operations. Brett Boncher has been promoted to the role of President, which was formerly held by current Chief Executive Officer Tom Schott. Adam Spillane becomes Chief Operating Officer to oversee company-wide construction operations and leaves his prior post running the Data Center Division. Jereb Johnson moves to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations for Data Center to take over the position vacated by Spillane. In recognition of his division’s sustained performance and profitability, Chris Martin has also been promoted to the role of Executive Vice President, Energy.

In addition to operations-focused promotions, CEI is making human resources expert and 30-year company veteran Kathy Abbott senior vice president of people in Q1 2026, when current Chief People Officer Estrella Parker retires.
